Basic Membership for agencies at AuPair.com

The Basic Membership allows you to introduce your Au Pair agency to Au Pairs and Host Families from all over the world. You can create your Basic account for free. Your profile will be displayed on our website and your full address as well as your phone number will be visible to all users.

Requirements for the Basic Membership

To be listed on AuPair.com we need you to provide the following information in order to check your credibility:

• your agency’s website address, with full address and contact details on the website
• links to your agency’s social media accounts
• your agency’s email address (e.g. something@your-agency-name.com, but not like: your-agency-name@gmail.com)
• contact details of two referees we could reach (other Au Pair agencies)
• a copy of your official business registration

Premium Membership for agencies at AuPair.com

Premium Membership allows you to send personalized messages to both Au Pairs and Host Families. This way you can get in touch with all members of our platform and exchange contact details! AuPair.com will forward your messages to our members’ mailboxes. As an answer, you will receive a message and an email address of the user as well. Thus, AuPair.com provides you indirectly with contact details – this is an outstanding service that will help you boost business.

If you already chose one of the plans described above, you can now decide whether or not you would like to join the Certified Au Pair Agency Program. To become a Certified Agency you need to meet our quality criteria and prove to be a reliable partner to Au Pairs and Host Families as well as other Au Pair agencies.

Your agency profile You will receive your agency profile at the AuPair.com domain – everyone will be able to see it and read your agency’s description.
Contact form We will place a contact form in your profile. This way, every Au Pair and Host Family will be able to send you a message.
Recommendation Letter We will place your agency along with the link to your profile on the list of Recommended Agencies sent in an email to the Au Pairs right after their registration.
Favourites You will be able to add Au Pairs and Host Families to your Favourites. AuPair.com will send them a notification when you invite them to your “Favourites”.
Partner Agencies You will be able to invite other Au Pair Agencies to cooperate with you.
Your Au Pairs’ and Host Families’ profiles You can add profiles of your Au Pairs and Host Families and display them at AuPair.com along with contact details of your agency (or the receiver agency).
Forwarding profiles You can forward your Au Pairs’ and Host Families’ profiles to your partner agencies. This way, they will receive potential applications on behalf of your customers.
Full access to the profiles You can access all the content uploaded by our members – videos, references and other files. You can see the contact details of our users (if the user agreed).
